Hello!  I am a professionally trained Massage and Bodywork Therapist who meets all state and local requirements.  Recently, I have decided to start my own small business after working full time as an employee for the past 6 years at the Spa by Mitchell's. I graduated from Medical Arts Massage School in 2000.  Taking care of my newborn was first priority in the beginning although I worked at a day spa part time. I was an Instructor at The Medical Arts School for 3 years before I decided to start full time doing what I love.  My most memorable moments were and sometimes still are working as a contractor with Walnut Creek Amphitheater, PNC Arena, and the Greensboro Colosseum production companies massaging the Artists that perform every weekend as well.   I enjoy helping people alleviate their stress and pain by manipulating the soft tissue muscle in the body, increasing relaxation, and rehabilitating former and current injuries. Receiving monthly maintenance sessions is the key to preventing undue wanted strain or tension resulting from very demanding circumstances. The work that I do is so rewarding that I cannot picture doing anything else and my clients agree wholeheartedly.
